Cancelation Policy

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 72 hours in advance. With 72 hours notice for cancellation, clients will receive a refund of their payment, minus a $100 nonrefundable fee and any processing fees.** Cancellations with less than 72 hours notice will receive a refund of 50% of the given fee minus any processing fees.** No shows or cancellations on the day of the photoshoot will receive no refund. **Please see below for the cancellation policies for the Essentials Package and mini sessions: --Cancellations with 72 hours notice will receive a refund minus $50 for the Essentials Package and $25 for a mini session (and any processing fees). Cancellations with less than 72 hours notice will receive a 50% refund minus any processing fees. No shows or cancellations the day of the photoshoot will not receive a refund. INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY For outdoor shoots, we will watch the weather closely to ensure that the weather is appropriate for a photo shoot the day of your session. If there is inclement weather the day of the shoot that prevents it from proceeding, NNP will reschedule the session for a later date at no cost or penalty to the client.
