Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 72 hours in advance. With 72 hours notice for cancellation, clients will receive a refund of their payment, minus a $100 nonrefundable fee and any processing fees.** Cancellations with less than 72 hours notice will receive a refund of 50% of the given fee minus any processing fees.** No shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will receive no refund. **Please see below for the cancellation policies for the Essentials Package and mini sessions: --Cancellations with 72 hours notice will receive a refund minus $50 for the Essentials Package and $30 for a mini session (and any processing fees). Cancellations with less than 72 hours notice will receive a 50% refund minus any processing fees. No shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will not receive a refund. INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY For outdoor shoots, we will watch the weather closely to ensure that the weather is appropriate for the day of your session. If there is inclement weather the day of the shoot that prevents it from proceeding, NNP will reschedule the session for a later date at no cost or penalty to the client.
